He founded Dispatch to help companies build their brands beyond the capabilities and limitations of traditional agencies. His passions—cycling, snowboarding, food and motorsports—are his work.

Andrew brings nearly two decades worth of print and online publishing experience to the Dispatch team. His career began shortly after submitting a creative writing college paper to Snowboarder Magazine back in 1997. A few months later, Andrew found himself working under the direction of the Associate Publisher at Snowboarder and he’s never looked back. Over the last decade Andrew has led a new path forward in the world of motorcycling publishing that has earned him an enormous amount of respect from both the industry and community alike. In 2007 he founded Vurbmoto.com and helped succeed the company in building one of the largest motocross readerships worldwide. In 2014 he founded META, a high quality print collection that celebrates shared passion for motorcycle culture through a collective offering from some of the most imaginative and accomplished minds in the industry. META has been recognized as one of the most inspiring publishing efforts to come out of the motorcycle world. It’s unique, art-driven format and evergreen storytelling strategy have been key in attracting eyes from around the globe and building a readership that is better defined as a fan base.
After completing a degree in communications, Doug parlayed his journalism studies, photography experience and passion for bicycles into an editor position at Mountain Bike Action magazine where he developed his storytelling craft and technical cycling knowledge. He then became a global product marketing specialist at Giant Bicycle--developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs for the largest bicycle manufacturer in the world.
